Nutrition per serving:

50g Cals, 2g Protein, 5g Carbs, 3g Fat, 0g Sugar

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup teff flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Flavor Variations: You can add herbs like rosemary or thyme for extra flavor.

Instructions:

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine the teff flour, almond flour, flaxseed meal, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Add Wet Ingredients

Add the water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water, one teaspoon at a time.

Roll Out Dough

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Cut Crackers

Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into small squares or use a cup or bowl to cut round shapes.

Bake

Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.

Serving Suggestions: These crackers are perfect with hummus, cheese, or your favorite dip.
