Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup kale, stems removed
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients

Wash all the greens thoroughly. Peel and chop the cucumber and apple.

Blend

Add the spinach, kale, green apple, avocado, cucumber, lemon juice, chia seeds, almond milk, and ice cubes to a blender.

Start blending on low speed and gradually increase to high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

Taste and Adjust

Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavor.

Serve

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best taste and nutritional benefits.
